Introduction

Our organization has been serving Metro Detroit Area since 2008. We work tireless in our efforts to help young girls become successful in their goals. Our non-profit organization serves people of all races, creeds, and religions. We do not discriminate. We merely support our fellow citizens, and serve as a guiding light. Our program accept girls ages 10-17. We teach these girls how to carry themselves where they can be respected. We set monthly goals and help every young girl accomplish them. We show the importance in abstinence and respecting their bodies. We want to change negative thinking and behavior to positive for these girls. YLRFL is here to help in every way possible. Many young girls today are struggling socially, mentally and academically. In today’s society, women and girls are looked at in negative ways. This is a program that was designed to help girls who are having problem in all these areas and the ones that already have these things in tact, we would love the opportunity to let them meet new friends and help them to stay positive. We all need some encouragement nowadays. Parents, if you feel that you need help with your daughter, then you are in the right place.

Our mission is to support young girls in academics, behavior and careers. About 750,000 teenagers become pregnant a year. There are 26 sexually transmitted diseases and counting: so many of our girls carry these diseases and not aware. We help our girls understand safety and health risk. We help girls learn the importance of building a good character, so they wont be a statistic in life. We mentor, we counselor, we guide and we support our young ladies to make positive decisions in this challenging world with so much opportunity, We work tirelessly in our effort to make sure all young girls entering into our program, become successful. Our program has a 100% rate of  girls that entered the program and learned this important fact.
